"For both new and existing clients, we are always asking ourselves the question: 'How can we make this relationship a long-lasting one?' Of course, that question requires us to examine what we are doing for the client, but it also means we look for a similar intent on the other side of the table. We look for a mutual sense of partnership to emerge fairly soon after we start working with a new client."
