CEO: TIM MILLER has been involved in the construction/woodworking field since 1983. He became a founding partner of PCI in 1986, functioning primarily as field superintendent. Tim has over 23 years of hands-on experience and more than 17 years in management and has produced numerous projects for prominent businesses and homeowners, in the southeast and beyond.

Vice President, Facilities and Logistics Manager: TERRY WHITLEY has been involved in the construction/woodworking field since 1971. He became a SBCCI-certified building inspector in 1985 and a founding partner of PCI in 1986, functioning as Senior Operations Manager & Technical Consultant. Terry is a Master Carpenter with over 34 years of hands-on experience in all phases of commercial and residential construction.
